I ordered this handle because I had the same handle on my door that hasn't worked properly since we bought our house. I installed a new one and it didn't get any better. I've tried multiple adjustments multiple times. Should know better than to buy something cheap like that. When you press the button, it stays at "Open" - same thing the other one did. Strongly disappointed.
