was so glad I got this in M, I'm 5ft 10in, 195lbs and I wear regular men's M in all my shirts and it Fits perfectly Not loose or tight, precise fit I use it for many outdoor activities from disc golf to mountain biking to off-road biking even road cycling and it keeps getting hit and still looks great. I should just get more.
