Review on πŸ—„οΈ Evelots Drawer Organizer Set/4 - 112 Slot Divider for Socks, Belts, Scarves & Underwear by Christina Potter

Excellent customer service!

Updated overview The organizer has a good design and is easy to assemble. However, where parts are trimmed during production, there were sharp, jagged, and rough spots throughout the set. If you're using this product to organize non-clothing items, it'll probably work just fine. But with underwear, socks, etc., the rough edges will snag and ruin your clothes. I ended up using an emery board to smooth out any rough edges which took about 2 hours for a set of 2 organizers. Either that or you have to go to the trouble of returning them and try to find another product as this one was useless to me anyway. Such a pain! Update: Mary from Evelots customer service responded immediately to my feedback on the uneven edges of the product I received. She issued a refund for the product as I had to submit any bumps. Mary also offered to replace the product (which she personally checked for roughness) if the parts I submitted were still unusable. I didn't accept it in that regard as I think I smoothed everything out. I probably should have contacted Evelots as soon as I received these organizers rather than assuming that swapping them would be a big deal. But these days, trouble seems to be the norm; and even if you do contact the company, you must argue, insist, and defend your cause to get them to correct their mistake. In contrast, the Evelots team did the right thing as soon as they became aware of the issue. I would not hesitate to order from them again or recommend them to a friend as I know what a great team the Evelots have. I would like Mary and the Evelots customer service team to have end-to-end responsibility for ALL customer service teams. It would make life so much more comfortable!
