My wife and I were looking for a knife that would cut meat easily. We immediately use this knife to cook dinner. My wife didn't have time to fully defrost the meat and just microwaved the meat for 30 seconds. The best part is that the knife cuts the frozen meat very smoothly, like a piece of pie. As can be seen from the presented photos, the meat is perfectly sliced as it was cut by a professional chef. The only problem is that part of the handle rubs my wife's fingers. Another important point is that this knife has a holder to hold the knife. This way we can keep the blade safe and out of the reach of children.
