Update: This thing is now too dangerous to use. The plugs no longer stay in, they simply fall out, causing the fitting to overheat and possibly start a fire. i throw it away I've had this for a few months and have mostly used the USB ports. Now I just noticed that the female sockets are very loose. If you plug in a 3-pin grounded cable that's fine, but any large 2-pin items like a MacBook charger will just fall out. Not only does this make the situation worse, it is also unsafe as a loose fit will generate heat and damage the connectors over time. Too bad it's really durable and attractive but unsafe.
