Works with my portable car fridge

You have a Rally portable fridge that has been sitting in your closet for years. My sister wanted to use it in her room. For some reason these things just have power cords that plug into the car. In combination with the specified power cord, this power supply keeps the cool box running. I think the nurse said there is a noise when the cooler is on, but it's only heard in the room where it works.
