I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heater. The appearance is more elegant and professional than other "bubble" heaters on the market. It's very easy to clean. I just leave a small stick on the side of the pot after turning it off and let the wax cool until it hardens and peel it off like a sticker. Wipe the cotton swab with alcohol and BOOM! Nice. Also comes with some hard wax beads to use when learning how to lay strips. However, it gets too hard and brittle, it breaks easily so I can't get good traction AND it leaves marks. Do yourself a favor and don't be stingy when buying wax. Invest in good things.
