The user interface is very easy to use, it has all of our product data in one place so we don't have any problems with keeping track or searching for information! We are able to quickly find what products need replacing when they go out of stock without having to search through multiple websites/databases etc., which can be time consuming if there's not enough staff available at once.
There isn't anything I dislike about this software as such but would like more features added - perhaps including an inventory management tool? This allows us to keep up to date with where everything stands within each department (e.g. Stock levels), plus makes ordering new goods much easier than doing endless searches across several different databases / sites.
