Does not work in automotive and automotive electronics

Ok, I installed the device, turned on the device, but the screen never went out of the device, the amplifier control cable or the power cord have no power when the device is on. I was very happy with the purchase of the device until I paid for the installation and it doesn't work. I am very disappointed in this product. I would not recommend it to anyone, I will contact the seller and I hope to have better return results than with the product I will update myself, I will let everyone know the way out
