The coat turns pewter after one wash
The product fits perfectly, the coat has been washed, all the fluff is gone, now it's just pewter stuff, I spoke to someone and they said it must be must be fluffed up like a pillow for the fur to be normal, but it is still not the case. It's still a great coat but I think after 1 wash it turns into a pewter coat and doesn't keep you warm at all.
