Review on Invisible DIY Electronic Cabinet Lock Kit with USB Cable - Hidden Lock Set for Wooden Cabinets, Drawers, Pantries, and Lockers - RFID Entry by Maurice Harvey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Terrible editing, terrible instructions, inconsistent programming.

Where to start. First of all, we strongly advise against buying this junk. First of all, I'm a very good carpenter and builder, but assembly is extremely difficult. No templates or sizing are provided, and the lock doesn't line up naturally with the pin, so you'll have to offset or misplace them by a fraction of an inch, even with flush mounts. And when you consider that most kitchen cabinets have indentations on the inside, that makes leveling even more impossible. want these! When you finally line up the pin, good luck with your programming. Instructions in ridiculously bad English. Spend a few bucks on a decent translation, for heaven's sake! And even if you're transcribing horrible English, the instructions make absolutely no sense, and the beeps mentioned in the manual don't match the beeps that occur during actual programming. Finally, after an hour of trial and error, I received 1 master key to program and decided to settle for that and declined to program any more keys. When I returned to the office 10 minutes later, the master card no longer opened the office! I literally had to open the cabinet with a screwdriver, dismantling the locking mechanism, permanently damaging the cabinet's finish. What a huge waste of time and damage to my new kitchen cabinets.
