I've tried several brands of these small ratcheting bit holders. This is one of the best I've used. Holds the bit well on both ends. The ratchet comes with a Wire retaining clip held. This is a key difference from the similarly styled Gearwrench which is held in place by a pressure wheel. At work we all have a small set of Gearwrench micro screwdrivers which are excellent value for money. But poor tools hold there where i work not long and we hit these gearwrench ratchets fast we all replaced the ratchet in this set with a vim HBR5 ratchet which holds much better take it for what it's worth if If you frequently use your tools in difficult situations, this is worth considering.
