Didn't work at all. The strap mounts slide out and cannot securely hold heavier items. We carried the washing machine upstairs and it started slipping through half way so we thought we placed it wrong. I did it again exactly as instructed and I had the same problem. It might work for lighter items, but I didn't need it for that. I have returned!
