It works, but durability remains to be seen.
The price was right and installation was easy. The grip I replaced, which lasted over 20 years, had a square hard plastic insert that fitted into the tank. Instead there is a square rubber insert on the handle and I don't think it will last very long, I hope I will be pleasantly surprised. I had to file a square notch on my tank and then apply petroleum jelly to both the handle and the tank to complete the installation.
