Review on 🔥 Borla 40349 Metallic Muffler: Enhanced Performance and Durability by Thomas Unruh

I am totally satisfied with this muffler on my 2016 RAM Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 with 5.7 Hemi engine. I swapped out the muffler for a stock 26-pound muffler because I wanted a more open, natural tone. This silencer significantly improved the movement of the truck. I no longer have to push the truck forward with the gas pedal and I press the brake pedal harder than before to stop. Now the engine is able to get rid of exhaust gases much easier than stock. I have a K&N replacement air filter and I recommend it too! I didn't notice any hum when driving the MDS at 0-80 mph. I hear a nice, deep, pleasant rumble around town and on the freeway. Please note that in the photos you can see through the muffler from the intake port to the dual exhaust ports. Borla customer service told me that this muffler would hum (even if I left the factory resonators on) and that I would have to pay over $1,000 for it. give up their take-back system or my exhaust warehouse. I spent $165 for this muffler replacement including installation and welding and I am completely satisfied. The muffler shop really had to widen my exhaust pipes 1/4" to weld them to the 2.50" outlets on the muffler.
