These are good shorts. Very short with a 3" inseam. Haven't worn them anywhere. I usually wear the medium size but I bought the large and it fits just right. It's snug but doesn't pinch. They have a stretch. The pockets are almost useless maybe you can hold a key in it but not a phone unless you have a small clamshell phone I like them enough not to complain but probably won't buy them again.
