The power delivery, efficiency and length/flexibility of the included cables are perfect, but the fan has some annoying quality issues. Like many others, my device's fan suffers from a known issue of "galloping" noise under low to medium loads. However, under heavy loads, it's the quietest fan in my entire system. Sometimes, when the fan wants to start spinning, it doesn't pick up enough RPM for a full spin and starts stuttering a bit, making a strange and very audible sound, akin to filling a thin plastic cup with water through a loop . When you blow on the fan, it usually spins normally, but then the damn galloping noise starts. Because of this, I no longer use my block.
