There were so many good reviews on this item that I decided to ignore all of the "1" reviews. Unfortunately, I was wrong in my decision. The device is as described - the heat is actually no more than the heat generated by putting your feet into the device. I waited almost 20 minutes and didn't feel any change in the heat. - The massage function does almost nothing unless the "pressure" is set high, which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the thing practically does not stretch its legs. And even if the pressure is set too high, the actual kneading isn't that great. I'd better knead one of those pimply balls you just put under your foot and roll back and forth. Barometric pressure will fluctuate from zero to fairly steady (on a high setting) and then return many times during a cycle. If he is "released," he does nothing. As mentioned above, high pressure kneading is good, but not great. - The remote works well but isn't needed unless you can bend down on your feet (one of the review options) - It's very easy to use and quietly comfortable (more of a review option) Sent back immediately.
