It's a good protein
I really love this protein. I've been taking it for about 2 years now. I recently tried another protein from Vega and am in a hurry to return to this one. I have no idea why I was trying to fix something that wasn't broken. My favorites are vanilla, cookies and cream. I just use water to mix it in my water bottle and it mixes great and tastes great. It is very clean and does not taste like chalk. 25g protein, 5.5 BCAAs, 0 fats and only 1g sugar covers all my needs. I highly recommend this product.
