Helps to relieve tension headache

When I first tried this out, I hated it. Of course, that’s because I was doing it wrong. This listing shows you exactly where to position your arms for this to work. When you first lay your head down there are definite pressure points at the base of your skull and they hurt. They continue to hurt if you leave your arms at your side. Once you follow the directions, of bending your arms up and resting your hands at either side of your head at the ear area, it is amazing.I did not have a headache when I tried this for the first time. I initially used it for 5 minutes and felt the build up of pressure in my neck/upper back area release. I positioned it on my floor and used a thin yoga mat under my body.Later that night I had a headache and my husband suggested that I try this to see if it would help – I’m pretty sure that’s because he did not want to rub my neck for me as he usually does when I get headaches.I used it for 8 minutes and nearly fell asleep. I want to point out that its not very comfortable, it’s a harder foam type material. My headache went from a throbbing sharp pain to a barely noticeable level in that short time.I can see this as becoming a part of my daily routine when I get home from work. It will help to loosen all the tightness I experience after working on a computer at my desk all day.
