Dental Nightguard for grinding teeth

Love this product! I used a $125 mold made by my dentist for years but threw it out about a year ago because it was old and gross! Really needed to be replaced, I read all the reviews and chose this brand and I'm so glad I did! I followed the directions on the plate and shaped the shape slightly, I haven't worn them in a week and love not waking up with jaw pain and a headache! I recommend it to anyone who grinds their teeth in their sleep! As a bonus, get 2 for $37 great deal!
