Gorgeous until it burns out in less than 8 months

Loved it when I first received it in July 2020. Fantastic customer growth and very bright. It is now February 2021 and various lamps with burnt letters have stopped working recently. Always stored indoors in a dry place. Can't fix it either. Disappointing as this has a 1 year warranty but can't seem to get in touch with the company. For the price I was hoping to get at least a full year or so so I gave it 3 stars. Ok, I'll buy it elsewhere. Best wishes for longevity on this particular product.
