My daughter usually wears clothes that are a little smaller than expected. She is turning 3 - I ordered 2T and 3T just in case. 2T was still too big. The waste was great and I feel like they weren't made to be leggings. They were baggy. I wouldn't buy if I was looking for real leggings. The print is cute.
