I started using this backpack in august 2019 (purchased in May 2019).

I have a concern: the lining in the smallest pocket on the front has torn along the seam. I use this pocket for the lightest of items: work badge, no sharp or abrasive items.I really like your backpack but I fear I have one with a manufacturing defect, i.e., a seam where not enough fabric liner was captured in the stitching process.Please let me know if there is anything I can do to remedy this situation.-Dave Balaktretaytysd@q.com
