Update: Customer service is amazing. Broken cable replaced and it works as expected. Disappointing, poor build quality, NOT like REAL USB 3.0 HIGH BAND CABLES. I have used these cables on 3 different Samsung fast chargers that I am currently using successfully to fast charge my Galaxy S9+, 2 of which are wall socket chargers and 1 are car fast chargers. They were also used when trying to connect an external drive to a computer to transfer files. I get dismal sub-50MB/s transfer, read, and write speeds with these cables, and I'm using a high-end SSD, Samsung 850 Pro. I consistently get transfer speeds of around 140-170 Mbps with my Belkin and Samsung cables. With those 1/3 speeds. I do not recommend it as the quality is unreliable.
