BEST Slicing Tool - Grater, Peeler & Slicer
Bought this on purpose as I wanted to cook potatoes with scallops. I've used mandoline slicers in the past with injuries and difficulties, and slicing potatoes for scallops by hand takes too long. THIS CUTTER IS AWESOME. I cut 5 pounds of potatoes in about 10 minutes. I like the handle that tucks into the potato and acts as a guard so I don't run my hand over the blade (there's a protective glove that I forgot but doesn't seem to need). It's just perfect. Easy to assemble and clean.
