4/25/17: First impression is great! I read an email from the Mountaineer brand when my package was shipped (although Amazon tells me) that it was nice because I then realized I wasn't buying from a third party, I was buying from the manufacturer of the product. It came as pictured with the bag and everything plus a coupon code for my next purchase. This is my first beard product as I was struggling to grow it but it grew slowly and got quite scratchy at times so my colleague recommended getting oil and other things to care for it. The wood smell is great. Just got it today but will update after using it a bit and getting a feel for it. ** 04/27/17: The shampoo is great, just 2 drops and it lathers great. A little goes a long way and it smells great. The oil also has a great smell, but at my job I can't tell how long the smell lasts because kerosene is overpowering. A great product so far. I haven't used the balm yet because my beard is still growing and full. Update: 07/12/17 Oil, conditioner and shampoo are still great! I would recommend changing the brush after maybe 2 or 3 months. It seemed to hold all the oils and other dirt and caused some irritation on my skin, but the new brush fixed that.
