We have a new cat in our house. One of my existing cats has adjustment issues, is possessive and can be a real bully. I tried this collar a few months ago and it was very successful. She's still not "friends" with the new cat, but there is a noticeable improvement when she wears the collar. It lasts about a month and my cat makes it very clear when it wears off. Update: Realizing that she will probably need this collar for quite some time as she keeps coming back after she wears it out, I found a cheaper way. First I was able to find this for $10 at another online store and they offered free shipping on purchases over $50 so I bought 5 to stock up. Then I cut the collar into four parts and riveted them to a normal collar. I preferred a puppy collar to a cat collar as it is thicker and easier to rivet. I bought a $10 rivet set from Revain that had everything you need to rivet except a hammer. I also used a drill to make the first few holes in both rings.
