Seriously, I think this is a pretty good belt. Unlike bonded leather straps, it's quite flexible, which means less stress in the buckle area (the part that gets tampered with and snapped the most on my cheap straps). Mind you, the lack of rigidity means this isn't a belt you'll be hanging something on without consequences - it's a dress belt. Find another belt if you absolutely must take the Leatherman to the office. The cognac color goes well with my cognac Allen-Edmond Balmoral shoes, the width is perfect for the dress pants and the buckle is muted. I'll try to remember to update this review in a year to let you know if the band has any cracks on the back, signs of excessive stress on the front, or is starting to sag or warp. If not then I definitely think this is a fantastic belt. After over 2 years (I missed the 1 year mark) it shows no cracks or wear. I wear it at least twice a week. It has a slight contouring tension around the back, but that doesn't detract from its usefulness. Compared to most belts I've had, this one wears very well.
