Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

Has some pros:
superb lighting; it would appear that they are capable of blinding opposing traffic at night; at the very least, they have not yet blinked.
Got cons: decreased the rating, some of the diodes stopped burning in September, the lamps had to be changed to a new one, and they only served from the beginning of May until the end of August.
