It gives me the desk lamp I need and the wireless charger without cluttering my desk with another device. Now I can move my wireless only device to another location and still can. The white color and appearance are very pure. ADVANTAGES - Works either from a wall transformer or from a USB port. If the connector is equipped with charging function, it will charge my phone and give light at the same time. - Clean lines. - Perfect size for my iPhone SE to stand upright and make it easy for me to see notifications when they arrive on my phone (see image). Three different color temperatures: 3000°, 4000° and 6000° (approximately) correspond to different lighting in other parts of the room. CONS - One-button design is less convenient than separate on/off/dim and color temperature buttons - Charger status LEDs are unintuitive. Typically, chargers will flash about once a second to indicate charging. This is a solid red color to indicate this. A flashing green LED indicates insufficient charging power; I was expecting it to flash red. Green usually means "good," not bad. The instructions state that metal objects on the charging pad (which can cause overheating) will cause it to flash red, but not enough and the danger can be indicated by different flashing frequencies or patterns. WISHLIST (What I'd like to see in the next-gen version) - I wish it had two buttons instead of just one: one to turn on/dim and the other to change the color temperature. With the current design, I have to press the button multiple times when I don't need the warm white light, and I have to press it multiple times to turn the light off. Two buttons allow me to turn the light on and off with a single press and then use the existing touch/hold function to dim or brighten the bulb and another to toggle between cool and warm white light. Improved LED indicators. Overall, though, I'm glad I got it. He's doing his job.
