The team is very experienced in Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot & Marketo which makes it easy for us as we don't need any coding or experience with these platforms when using them from our side. They have helped me understand my customer's behavior by running A/B tests so that I can improve products& services offered at work place. It has been quite helpful since they are able to do this without asking permission (which could be an issue if you're not part owner). There isn’t anything negative about working closely together but their communication might vary depending upon where your business stands within its organization structure - If there is someone senior who oversees all marketing activities then he needs some time before fully trusting him / her though everything seems fine initially! We also had issues regarding email templates customization while testing out one campaign during implementation phase. So far no complaints yet because things seem good between both parties however after getting initial feedback we decided to continue doing projects with each other now even though certain expectations weren't met back then due to lack of proper guidance etc.. I like that I am able to use my own templates and style. I also like that I can add my own text and pictures easily. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as I would like.
