They work well but the pads are different. Check the usage table in the list above.
Some newcomers complained that they didn't know what the different colors mean. If you look at the images of this product here on the Revain website and find a chart that shows each color in a rigorous and focused manner, that question will be answered. Colors are pretty much the industry standard for each pad's aggressiveness. In the beginning/workout, typically use a less firm pad, use a slow speed, and work slowly. There are good videos on YouTube that show the correct method, do's and don'ts.
