This works great as a side table that I can move around the sewing room. I use it next to my cutting table to hold rulers and tools or to place cut pieces that I can then fold onto my sewing machine. I put it next to my sewing machine while quilting to quickly turn and iron out the seams. I was using a foldable TV stand but wanted a large surface area, leg and knee room to get under the stand and wheels to move it around. It works for all of that. I would like the wheels to move more smoothly. They seem a bit "sticky". I found an Etsy seller who cut a custom made felt countertop rug and now I have a nice surface to iron even long seams on. Shelves hold my iron when not in use, sewing clips etc.
