I give Madam Sew 5 stars across the board, not just for their products but more importantly for their customer service. After receiving the Big 5 and 32 sewing feet, we found that they were not compatible with my Janome 3160 machine. The ladies at Madam Sew were very prompt and happy to help me with everything. Unfortunately I had to return both sets but my experience with Madam Sew made me a happy customer. If I can get a compatible sewing machine I will buy it again without hesitation! The legs themselves are very good quality and look like they will last a lifetime. The storage boxes are sturdy and each item fits into its own numbered slot. Instructions are easy to follow, both written and on DVD. Madame Shew also has some great YouTube videos of each leg. Each box also includes two cards listing what each leg represents.
