Update: Customer service was great. I found out that the product has a 3 year guarantee and contacted them. They agreed to replace it with no problems and have already sent me a new product. Time will tell if it's durable or not. This also has the same guarantee, but on closer reading it appears that some sag issues are limited. It makes me nervous, but we'll see how it goes. I hope I don't need it. Very disappointed. I liked it for the first few months or six weeks, but then it stopped recovering and a sink hole formed where I lay. You don't even notice it that way, it's more like a lack of material that just can't carry the weight of my body. So as soon as I go to bed I fall into this hole and it causes back pain. I weigh 180 pounds. We tried flipping and rotating g but it didn't work, now both sides did the same thing. Very disappointed with the durability of the product.
