Vinyl strip used on the sharp edge of the tile around the tub. Also on the sharp edge of the tiles on both the entry and exit side of the shower enclosure. A round vinyl protector was also used on the corner of the tile. After 1 hour the ends of the vinyl strips were already pulled up. The tape peeled off the vinyl. So the problem is with the glue. It seems to stick better to tile but will not stick to vinyl. The round vinyl protection did not come off. This is probably due to the large size of the adhesive surface on round protectors. One problem with vinyl strips is that they were packaged upside down. This will result in it not being straight and curling at the ends. This will help lift the strips at the ends and slowly separate them from the adhesive. However, if the glue had been stronger, this would not have happened. Another reviewer mentioned heating the vinyl strips to smooth them out before applying. Then the vinyl strips would not come off the adhesive for him. This is a possible solution, but the adhesive is too weak and I suspect it will still cause problems in many installations. I will have to return this product for a refund.
