I like that it's easy to use - simple drag & drop functionality makes adding devices quick! The system works well as long as you have internet access available at all times (which can be an issue if your network isn't always reliable). Also there are some issues when using multiple buildings within one account which requires manual intervention from our team member who manages each individual site. We've been able to monitor several different sites across various locations via this tool so we're happy about how much easier managing those has become. It also allows us to save data into reports we send out monthly/quarterly etc. As mentioned before though not having constant availability of connectivity would limit its usefulness somewhat but overall very pleased. Our main benefit here was being able to track electricity usage over time both individually and collectively. In addition, by looking up historical billing information and comparing against previous bills.
