I like that it's easy to use, and you can customize everything. I dislike that there are some features that are not as intuitive as they should be. For example, I've had issues with notifications not going out when I'm expecting them. I also wish there was more flexibility in terms of how many emails I could send out per day. We have been using this software for about 2 years now, and we haven't found any other competitors that do what proofy does. It's helped us filter out a lot of spam from our lists, and has allowed us to keep up with the amount of emails we send out each month.
