These gloves work great! I use them to brush my kitten's teeth and he is about 4 months old. I started brushing his teeth when I read online that Maine Coons are prone to gingivitis/periodontitis. Since I found out about this I have been brushing his teeth every other day with these gloves along with virbac toothpaste. The only thing I will say is that you should be careful when using flavored toothpaste (bird flavored Virbak)! My kitty loves the taste of Virbak and took a few bites off my finger thinking it was food. Otherwise it works great. I have found that gloves work a lot better than a toothbrush as they are not bulky and uncomfortable and also you can feel where you are brushing. They fit my hands perfectly, I usually wear medium sized gloves. I would also like to add that I can already say that since I started brushing my kitty's teeth (maybe a week) his breathing has improved! Highly recommended.
