I do not recommend spending your money on this.
If you want to forget about pain in the ankle or post-operative pain, by all means use this product. The pain from a heel bone crush will outshine all the others and will accompany you for a long time. Seriously, there is a strong lack of soft padding under the back of the heel (as in a ski boot). You can do it yourself, for example, from a sanitary heat-insulating self-adhesive tape.
- light weight
- hard surface with sharp edges, causes pain even when lying down. There is no need to think about wearing with shoes, as in the picture.
