Review on Colorful Parrot Fat Quarter Fabric Bundles For DIY Quilting And Patchwork - Set Of 8, 100% Cotton, No Repeat Prints by Steve Collins

A while ago, I got a set of around 10" x 10" quilting fabric bundles. I have been working on, with some coordinating fabric packs, into making quilt blocks. I made 83 blocks. I am hoping to make Project Linus quilts, a charity for babies and children in need or who have been going through a rough time. I needed 17 more blocks to make 4 total quilts using 25 blocks each. So to get this batch of fabric makes me happy as it coordinates with the blocks already made. I will be able to make up 17 more blocks in fabrics that go along with the other quilts blocks that I have already made. I love making scrap quilts, which is what these will essentially be, but I like making controlled scrap quilts.So all I have to do now is cut these fabrics up into 10" x 10" squares and then into my usual pre-cut sizes that I use for making scrap quilts. I love putting different fabrics together and to see if they work together and coordinate. Some make scrap quilts with no sense of whether the fabrics might go together or not. I am not like that. I especially like this pack because of the Sulfur-Crested Cockatoo stands out and will be a main theme fabric in one of the quilts when I finish it.I do appreciate the opportunity to try out this fabric and I'm sure the children and their parents that get these quilts will be appreciative as well.
