I like how easy it was to get set up for our team! We were able to use the trial period without any issues at all so we didn't have too many questions once they got going. The platform is pretty intuitive (at least from my perspective), but there are some features you can only access if you've upgraded your account which took me by surprise because this isn't made clear in their documentation/marketing materials. It's very nice having such great customer service available 24 hours. They really do care about each of us as individuals and want what's best for everyone involved.
