I like that you can use your own templates to create reports. It's simple to learn, easy to customize, and very user friendly. The software has been around for a long time but it still needs some improvements in terms of customization. The interface could be more intuitive for the end-user as well. We are looking forward to making our reporting process faster. We have realized that we spend most of our time looking up information from paper charts and then compiling them into an electronic format so they can be used by physicians and other staff.
