This flashlight is truly incredible. Really smart design choices like using AA batteries complete one of the brightest bulbs/LEDs I've seen. Long story short, I took my kids with their grandparents one night to find the woodpeckers that live in my area. My dad has an incredible light for catching (and releasing) them if you blind them with light and then sneak up on them with a web to catch them. This light will outshine any other flashlight on your walk. It's much brighter, it can focus and track a flying bird at about 100 feet away at night. Unbelievable. The build quality is really solid. Feels great in hand. Sure, there are better tubes out there, but you'll HARD to find better bang for your buck.
