Good thick pads. I have a chair on a wooden floor that shifts and hits the wall even when the paint is peeling! I put them underneath. I wasn't sure if they would stick to the metal bars - they don't have that much surface area to stick to - but they held up great. They grip the floor very well to the point where it becomes difficult to move when I want to sweep under (which is AWESOME). I bought these for my mother's mattress which is slipping off the spring.
