Nothing at this point! The team has been very proactive in my case of not being able or willing / ready yet (not having enough expertise) - but they have offered me many options so far around what I can do right now without waiting until i am "ready".

They are always quick about replying any questions from you via chat/email etc. Highly recommend them if your current CRM software isn't working like it should be OR you just need something more robust than Google Sheets. It's helped us track our leads much easier while also making sure nothing gets missed when looking through data spreadsheets over time via google sheets vs using other apps out there which don’t seem too reliable anymore.
