Khoros really helps with tracking and managing sales prospects

Nothing at this point! The team has been very proactive in my case of not being able or willing / ready yet (not having enough expertise) - but they have offered me many options so far around what I can do right now without waiting until i am "ready". They are always quick about replying any questions from you via chat/email etc. Highly recommend them if your current CRM software isn't working like it should be OR you just need something more robust than Google Sheets. Excellent Tool For Maintaining Database And Client Interaction

The ease of use with our customer care team. We are able to easily update contact information, add new clients, etc. without having to reach out to a service rep or salesperson. This was a great benefit when we had a large number of potential customers looking for new opportunities to connect with us. We are also able to add multiple email addresses at once instead of having to go through one person at a time. I wish there were options to delete emails from certain people so that it didn't…
