Product is not complete in hardware
They were supposed to come with fasteners but didn't. There were only two screws in the package and there should have been six. It was a trip to the hardware store to get four more screws, waste of time and money. Not all attackers are the same. An attacker only advances half compared to the other two. It took more crafting to complete what should have taken 15 minutes.
