It was a perfect fuel pump replacement for my 2008 Malibu 2 new 3.6L LT, I had to hook up the connector from the car to the one One that came with the pump but the new connector had the same 4 different wire colors as the original so it was very easy to do. This pump went straight to their new home in the tank and the car started right away. It works great. I had to replace my old pump because the fuel line from the pump cracked on the fly and smelled like gasoline the whole time. Great products, great price
